Reporting a sticker
If a sticker sent you somewhere harmful, misleading or illegal, tell us. There are two ways in and they reach the same person:
The report form — no account, no name, nothing but the code and what is wrong with it.
Or write to privacy@oneinchmessage.com with the eight character code — scan the sticker, the code is the last part of the address it opens — and what you found.
Every report is read by a person. If what is behind the sticker is dangerous, it is switched off the same day and it stays off. A switched-off sticker tells whoever scans it that it is out of service and shows nothing else.
We do not need to know who you are, and we never tell the owner who reported.
If your sticker was switched off
Write and say so. A person reads it and answers. If we got it wrong, it goes back on.
Everything else
Lost the card, want to hand a pack to someone else, something is broken, or something on these pages is wrong: same address.
